It sounds like waking up yesterday morning was worth it ;p
I like Havarti too; I'm not a big fan of Swiss, but I learned that when I was 7 and my mom still made us lunch for school.
I also like Gouda and there's this place at Bloor Street West where they sell really good cheese.
My mom always bought cheddar when we were in the Philippines because it was the only cheese I liked.
