I saw this song on iTunes and immediately liked as soon as I listened to it. I’m posting the lyrics here because I like the message of the song. It’s so true… we all rush through our years, wishing that we were older and better and we often forget to just enjoy the time we have and where we are currently in our lives. We are so focused on the future that we forget to enjoy the present. I am soooo guilty of this. I am always wanting to move forward, so eager for what’s next that I sometimes forget to just sit back and be thankful for the moment.

When I was young, I remember I would always tell my mom I wish I was older so I can start wearing heels and make-up and I can start going to work too just like her. Hahahaha! If I only knew! Thankfully, I had a blast as a child and even though I miss it, I don’t have any regrets about my childhood... I wouldn’t change anything about it.
