I received the above email from Tech Support as I happen to be included in this group. I just had to laugh when I read the tech's reply. You see, there really was a problem which tech knew and they had to reboot the server to solve the issue. But the way tech put it, it seems as if everything was indeed fine and that it must have been a glitch of some sort.

Denial... we can only use this for so long.
